Immigrate to Canada to do business in Canada. If you are an experienced business person and would like to own and actively manage a Canadian business, this program is for you.


The Entrepreneur Program is not a passive investment. Qualified individuals are required to own and actively manage a qualified business within three years of their arrival as a condition of their visa.

If this condition is not fulfilled, the applicant and his/her accompanying family members must leave the country.



Advantages:

• A lower personal net worth is required than the investor class
• You are not required to deposit a capital sum with no interest for five years
• It is an active investment and you have full control of your business and investments
• There is no limit on the kind of business you can do
• Knowledge of English or French is good to have, but not essential
• Relatively short processing time
