A maximum of 10,000 new Federal Skilled Worker applications will be processed in the next 12 months starting July 1st 2011.

Within the 10,000 cap, a maximum of 500 new Federal Skilled Worker applications per National Occupation Classification (NOC) code will be considered for processing each year. Last year’s cap for each occupation was 1000.
